Loved the quiet and cozy ambience. Also, I must say how the rooms smelled . It was really calming and the colours of the room were so beautiful. Anyway, it'd be great if the bathrooms had enough toiletries.

My recent stay at Olive by Embassy Hotel was nothing short of disappointing. The room's cleanliness was poor, with dirty beds and linens, along with old and discolored towels and pillows. The kettle was scanned from before, making it impossible to heat water. I had to make multiple requests for plates and cutlery to be delivered on time as there is no in-room dining. To make matters worse, there was no table in the room, which was a basic necessity for convenience. This oversight and lack of attention to detail made my stay far less comfortable than it should have been. This Hotel fell short in cleanliness, service, and essential amenities. I cannot recommend this hotel to others and hope that the management takes steps to improve these issues.

The location is really good. But the hotel was very disappointing. No intercom service in any room which was very surprising. We didnt have tissues or cutlery either we had to go all the way to the reception for anything we needed. The walls had stains and scratches, the washroom was manageable, we asked for a change of room but all rooms were the same. I also tried the Richmond branch it was the same way. Will not recommend.

The hotel was very centrally located. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities we could have asked for. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Check in and check out was streamlined by the virtual receptionist

The staff shweta was very polite and pleasant. Room and bathroom was clean. location is which will be preferred for this property. The night manager was rude. he don't have ettiques to talk to the guests. Maximum rating I have reduced because of this fellow. the hotel don't provide even water in the room. the bottles are chargeable. it don't have Patio even in the entire facility. this was promised while booking. Also the rooms have ply as ground finish which feels very cheap in walking and staying .

Worst overnight stay for me ever. No cleanliness. No intercom or helpline no. You have to run to the reception for everything. I got my room cleaned after checking-in in the middle of the night. Lot of mosquitoes. Spring mattress. AC are not working as intended. Doors and windows are not sealed properly and hence it's noisy all the time. TVs are just for showoff it won't connect. No kitchen in the hotel and hence no breakfast service. Please avoid this shabby hotel. Not worth even 1000 rs.

Visited the Korean restaurant inside Olive. Its a must visit for anyone who enjoys Korean food. Beware there no drinks here , so savour the varieties of Korean barbecue options. If in doubt just go with their recommendations
